Joe A. Nuñez is a cross-functional practitioner with over 18 years of experience operating at the intersection of law, real estate and healthcare. He holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law, and a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. He also holds a CA Real Estate Broker’s License and NMLS Originator License.

As a founder of various companies, Joe A. Nuñez understands the work and dedication required to maintain a business afloat. He has been an active member of various trade organizations, chambers of commerce and business leadership committees. As a consultant, Joe understands all areas of the business cycle and has guided numerous businesses in all stages of business from initial organizational formation to company wind down and dissolution.

Joe A. Nuñez is a graduate of the Southwestern Law School (SCALE program), and member of the California Bar. At Southwestern, he was a member of the Negotiations Honors Program and earned both Regional and National Champion status at the ABA Representation in Mediation Competitions. Joe A. Nuñez built Cal-Prime Real Property Solutions into a highly successful real estate brokerage and mortgage brokerage boasting 15 years of success servicing clients throughout California. He has operated in every phase of the real estate lifecycle and advised clients regarding the full-spectrum of property classes, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial and residential real estate. From large box lease negotiations and drafting to compliance with TRID settlement procedures, he consistently adds value to clients’ operations.
Healthcare Leadership
Joe brings deep regulatory insight, given his experience as hospital administrator and Deputy Director of a county Managed Care Division. Overseeing a budget of over $200M, while managing the county’s compliance framework, he possesses clinical perspective of the healthcare arena’s ever-evolving regulatory ecosystem. His work alongside enterprise-level stakeholders, such as institutional medical providers, physician practices, and suppliers, alike, make him the optimal resource for compliance risk analysis, management, and mitigation.

Joe A. Nunez, Esq., M.H.A. is a seasoned cross-sectional practitioner with over 25 years of diverse experience in law, healthcare administration, and real estate. As the founding attorney of Westford Law Group APC, Joe advises clients on complex business transactions, real estate development, and civil litigation, offering comprehensive legal solutions and serving as general counsel to multiple companies. His role extends beyond legal counsel, as he actively engages in litigation to safeguard corporate interests and ensure compliance.
Joe’s extensive real estate expertise, as Founder, Broker, and President of Cal-Prime Real Property Solutions Inc., spans development, sales, leasing, and consulting. He has guided clients through market expansions, compliance training, and investment strategies while navigating the intricacies of commercial real estate entitlements. Prior to this, Joe's experience in healthcare administration saw him managing multi-million dollar budgets, negotiating contracts, and driving policy at both the county and hospital levels.
Joe also serves on the Board of Trustees of Southwestern Law School and as CFO and Board Member of Access Athletics SCV, a nonprofit founded by his daughter, where he leads financial strategy to promote youth wellness through sports. A dedicated advocate for his community, Joe balances his professional life with his passion for mentorship, regularly supporting students realizing opportunities and their potential.
Rooted in the Central San Joaquin Valley and based in Los Angeles since 1998, Joe is a devoted family man, married with three children and a loyal German Shepherd named Rafael Nadal. A diehard USC football fan, Joe embraces every opportunity to travel and support his Trojans, making memories on the road while exploring the country. Fluent in Spanish and equipped with a deep understanding of both legal and business landscapes, Joe continues to be a dynamic force in law, real estate, and community service.

Kevin D. Poush is a trial and transactional attorney at Westford Law Group whose practice has focused on civil litigation, personal injury, and business law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration on Policy & Law from Cal State Long Beach. Mr. Poush also received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School as part of the accelerated 2-year SCALE program.
While at Long Beach, he was a member of the highly regarded Moot Court team where he won several tournaments, and he continues to give back to his alum by acting as assistant coach to the current traveling team. While at Southwestern, Mr. Poush excelled as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and spent his externships with the District Attorney’s office, where he learned the intricacies of criminal law with the Major Narcotics unit in downtown Los Angeles and the Major Felonies division in Compton.
